Sustainable Packaging Guidelines
- Reuse old e-commerce cardboard boxes or sturdy paper bags.
- Use clean cloth bags where possible.
- Seal tightly with tape to protect from moisture and dust.
Undeliverable Packages (RTO)
If an order cannot be delivered (incorrect address or unreachable buyer), it will be Returned to Origin (RTO).
- For Buyers: Refund will be issued minus the initial shipping fee.
- For Sellers: Item will be safely returned to you at no cost and can be re-listed.
